I am a sucker for Bath & Body Works be it their mists, shower gels, body creams or home fragrances. Now that I’ve hoarded and used so many of them, I can give you my verdict on their fragrances one by one. Let’s begin today with Bath & Body Works A Thousand Wishes range.

The products I have from this range are shower gel, fine fragrance mist and body lotion.

Bath & Body Works A Thousand Wishes

The packaging of this range is really pretty ~ a combo of rose gold and champagne shades. The products looks classy on the shelves as well. Though the fragrance mist has some colour to it, it doesn’t stain the clothes. You can be generous even when spraying on your white clothes.

Notes:

A festive blend of pink prosecco, sparkling quince, crystal peonies, gilded amber and amaretto crème.

If you ask me, this has a fruit punch, some champagne sparkle (that’s the opening) & a little sweetness, a slight gourmand note (in the dry down). So very classy!⁣⁣ This fragrance can be worn both during day and night times.

The mist on its own stays for good 4 hours or so. When sprayed on clothes, it lasts even longer. Layering makes the fragrance last the entire day.

Projection and sillage are moderate initially for like an hour (come-on, this is a mist, not even an EDT). After that it turns into a skin scent which stays for a long time.

The shower gel lathers well and gives you a spa like experience while bathing. People outside the bathroom too will get a whiff of it. 😉 The body lotion has a light consistency and nourishes the skin well. Suitable for those having normal, slightly dry and oily body skin. It’ll be apt for all seasons as the nourishing capacity can be adjusted by controlling the amount of lotion applied.

I don’t follow fragrance wearing rules, I wear what I like and when I like. I’ve work this during winter, summer, gloomy days, during the day and night time, to parties and to work… almost everywhere! This works for all anytime, all the time.

A perfect balance of sophistication and being sensual, this fragrance will get you a lot of compliments. Trust me! Can be worn by all age groups without a second thought.
