Wet n Wild Megalast Lip color | Day 5 | 31DaysOfNude | #swatchOber
Hello! everyone. Welcome to my series of 31DaysOfNudeLips wherein I shall be sharing, reviewing and swatching 31 different shades of Nude lipsticks. I am (and will be forever) an ardent lover of nude shades. They are so apt for everyday wear, be it college or office. By now, you already know me! (so no more justifications). October is my birthday month and I want to celebrate it by sharing a nude lip shade every single day. Also, I shall not be mentioning those lipsticks which I’ve already reviewed on my blog. Hoping you enjoy this series as much as I do, let’s begin in no particular order. The lipstick that I’ve chosen for Day 2 is Wet n Wild Megalast Lip color in the shade Wineroom.
Price: Rs.295 for 3.5gm product.
Availability: Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra
Packaging: The packaging of Wet n Wild Megalast Lip color is much better than their Silk finish lipstick. The quality of the plastic is more sturdy. However, the lipstick bullet does not go completely inside (here as well) so be careful while putting on the cap.
Texture & pigmentation: The texture of Wet n Wild Megalast Lip color is creamy but matte at the same time. The lipstick applies easily and evenly. You definitely need to moisturize your lips as this is not moisturizing on its own. The lipstick is very pigmented and just a couple of swipes renders full coverage.
It has a mild chemical fragrance. The shade Wineroom is a true pinkish wine shade. I don’t know why the hand swatch isn’t doing justice to the shade, might be the lighting. This shade will suit each and every skin tone.
My verdict on Wet n Wild Megalast Lip color:
I am really fond of Wet n Wild Megalast Lip color range in general. They are comfortable and give matte finish. Although, these aren’t transfer proof but their staying power is pretty amazing, 5 plus hours on me (along with food & drinks). I usually prefer these for office wear because then I need not worry about touch ups and my lips don’t feel dry. This shade doesn’t bleed or pills on the inner side of the lips. At Rs.295 these are pretty comfortable and definitely worth a try.

gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous shade <3
Wow, this lipstick shade looks absolutely gorgeous, I love the cold undertone and longevity (5 hours sounds pretty impressive). It is such a shame they don’t sell Wet-n-wild where I live. Thank you for your review 🙂
Lots of love ♥ Janury Girl
