A mini Lipstick Haul ๐Ÿ’„๐Ÿ’„ (because one is never just enough!)

There are phases in my beauty craze. Sometimes I keep on buying foundations, sometimes it’s compact powders. This time it is lipsticks. I bought a total of 4 lipsticks, from different brands, having different textures and are different in colours too! So, let’s quickly jump into the details:

1. Lakmรฉ Enrich Satin-P158

Price: 260โ‚น (cheapest of the lot!)


It is a lovely reddish-pinkish shade. The formula is non-drying and glides on the lips effortlessly. If you wear this to ย office then by evening it is going to leave lovely stained lips.

2. Faces Ultime Pro Crรจme Lip Crayon-Invincible 04

Price: 749โ‚น


A lovely bright pink shade. This is the brightest of pink I’ve owned till date. I bought this to battle my fear for bright pink shades because I have pigmented lips and these shades usually don’t come out nice. But I am happy to choose Invincible. The formula is extremely creamy and moisturising. Obviously transfers but stays on lips unless you eat something.

3. Sugar Matte As Hell Crayon Lipstick-O4 Holly Golightly

Price: 799โ‚น


After a lot of (I mean, literally lot of) thinking, I bought this nude shade from the range. This lip crayon is indeed matte as hell and very drying on lips. The shade is just on the verge of washing me out. Had been the colour a little lighter, it wouldn’t suit me. But this is the perfect nude colour for daily/office wear.

Tip: Heavily (I mean literally heavily)ย moisturizeย your lips before wearing this for whole day long.ย

4. Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Colour-HD Addiction

Price: 1195โ‚น (costliest of the lot!)


It’s not entirely matte but velvety in texture once set. Also, it is not transfer proof. Stays put on lips unless touched. Adds nice definition to the lips and doesn’t flake or form crusts. The colour comes out to be a dark mauve-pinkish shade on my pigmented lips.
