It is the world of palettes, Jee Haan! Eyeshadow palettes, blush palettes, concealer palettes and what not. These are affordable compared to the individual products and also provide more choice! Satisfied then, aren’t we? Maybelline also has launched a similar palette but it is not yet available in India. Also, I wanted to try Makeup Revolution products, hence bought their Iconic palette.

Coming to the product:

Price: INR 850 with a shelf life of 3 years.

Shade: Flush

As the name suggests, there are three products packed in one palette: a blusher, a bronzer and a highlighter.

I was a little sceptical about ordering it direct online without trying the shades but dared  and was finally satisfied with my gamble. I am NC42 and these shades pretty well suit my skin tone. Below is a swipe of all the three shades (two swipes each).

Blusher: It is a cute pinkish coralish shade which will suit fair, medium and medium deep skin tones. The pigmentation is super duper high, so one needs to be careful because going overboard is very very easy!

Bronzer: Who doesn’t love a sun kissed look? A little colour harmed no one ever! The colour might not show up properly in the swatch but, trust me, while contouring it sculpts the face in the most precise way! It gives the feeling of no makeup, makeup look. Though, a little deeper tones might not be happy with the shade.

Highlighter: This is the first (official) highlighter that I’ve invested into. Until now, I used to use shimmery eye shadows as highlighter because the oil on my face seemed sufficient enough for the shine (perks of being an oily skinned person)! But, after using this highlighter, Oh! My God, I have become a fan of highlighters and now wish to own a collection of them. It is a very pretty shade with right amount of shimmer and adds perfect glow. A very little amount is required or else be prepared to look like a tube light.

The verdict: All the three shades are quite apt for fair to medium and medium skin tones. Along with super pigmentation, the staying power is also quite good. I wear the blush on a daily basis in my office and it keeps my cheeks flushed with colour right till the evening.

I am highly impressed with this little palette. Though an applicator/brush would have increased my liking a little more but nonetheless I am satisfied with my purchase and the product is worth every single penny.

Will I repurchase? Absolutely Yes!
