Palladio Intense Lip Paint | Day 1 | 31DaysOfNudeLips | #swatchOber

Hello! everyone. Today onwards, I am starting a series 31DaysOfNudeLips on my blog as well as on my Instagram (@makeup_and_smiles) wherein I shall be sharing, reviewing and swatching 31 different shades of Nude lipsticks.  I am (and will be forever) an ardent lover of nude shades. They are so apt for everyday wear, be it college or office. By now, you already know me! (so no more justifications). October is my birthday month and I want to celebrate it by sharing a nude lip shade every single day. Also, I shall not be mentioning those lipsticks which I’ve already reviewed on my blog. Hoping you enjoy this series as much as I do, let’s begin in no particular order. The lipstick that I’ve chosen for Day 1 is Palladio Intense Lip Paint in the shade Eternal.

Palladio Intense Lip Paint

Price: Rs.699 for 6g product.

Availability: Nykaa, Jabong, Amazon, Purplle

Packaging: Plastic see through tube with a long wand. The applicator is good enough to apply the lipstick evenly even towards the inner corners of the lips.

Texture & Pigmentation: The texture of Palladio Intense Lip Paint is very creamy and glossy. It is light weight and doesn’t feel sticky. The formula doesn’t dry at all which makes the lipstick quite transferable. This is very pigmented and imparts full coverage to my pigmented lips.

It has a strange chemical fragrance which I don’t mind as it doesn’t linger. Anyway, I am not looking for fragrance in a lipstick! The shade is a warm brownish kind which will flatter majority of Indian skintones.

My verdict on Palladio Intense Lip Paint:

This was a trial & error purchase as I had not seen any review on these when bought. The formula is hydrating, feels comfortable, light weight and very pigmented. The downside is that it transfers heavily hence not super long lasting like liquid lipsticks. It stays for 2-3 hours and survives snacks/drinks during that time. Also, it reapplies very easily. I’ve used it on its own, as a topper on matte lipsticks & on lighter lipsticks to make them a bit darker & it has worked fine every way. If you don’t like glossy finish, then you can blot it to get a velvet matte look.

I really like Palladio Intense Lip Paint for its gorgeous shade and comfortable feel. It all sums down to your preference when it comes to a lipstick. For the lip swatch, do visit my Instagram Timeline (@makeup_and_smiles).

Concluding my thoughts here. I hope you liked my review and if you did, do consider subscribing to my blog. Show some love by liking, sharing and commenting your views/thoughts. Until next time, stay beautiful & keep smiling!
