If I am addicted to one makeup product then it has to be eyebrow enhancers, pencil, powder, pomade or gel. I never ever leave my house without doing my brows, even if it’s for buying groceries. I tend to try so many brow products that before I get the time to review them, they get finished. So this time, I decided to review Faces Canada Ultime Pro Brow defining pencil before I use up the pencil. To know more about it, continue reading.

Faces products are easily available in stores and online. The eyebrow pencil retails for Rs. 499 and I got the shade brown. We get 1.2g product which is decent from an eyebrow pencil’s point of view.

There is a conventional pencil on one side and a spoolie on the other. The pencil is not retractable and needs to be sharpened. Also, you don’t get any sharpener with this.

The texture of Faces Canada Ultime Pro Brow defining pencil is quite waxy. It is very easy to go overboard with it. Also, it feels a bit heavy if you’ve applied multiple strokes. (Yes! My brows feel heavy..)

The pigmentation of Faces Canada Ultime Pro Brow defining pencil is quite decent. The colour is a perfect match for Indian skintones and will suit a majority of people. The pencil does help in grooming the brows to a great extent. But, it would have been better if the texture were less waxy. (will get back to it)

My verdict on Faces Canada Ultime Pro Brow defining pencil:

To be honest, I am not fond of this. The texture is too waxy for me. This will suit those with already thick brows, those who just wish to fill in here & there and set the brows in place. I don’t have sparse brows but they aren’t too bushy either. The finish I get with just the pencil is quite streaky and doesn’t look well blended. I need just a hint of brow powder to set the waxiness and give a more blended look. Do refer to the pictures to understand what I am trying to express. No doubt, the Faces Canada Ultime Pro Brow defining pencil gives a long-lasting finish. No amount of sweat or heat can melt it down or budge the product but I still prefer my other pencils/brow products over this.
