Plum Green Tea Renewed Clarity Night Gel review | Night cream for oily skin

This month has been tough for me so far! Unplanned traveling, hectic work and cold (blame this weather), everything added up right on time. But now I think it’s time to be back on track. I was searching for a night cream when Plum launched its Clarity Night Gel. I took a quick glance at the ingredients and immediately decided to go for it. Read my review on Plum Green Tea Renewed Clarity Night Gel to decide whether to buy it or not.

Availability: Plum products are easily available online as well as a few stores.

Packaging: Plum Green Tea Renewed Clarity Night Gel comes in a frosted glass tub with a plastic chrome finish screw cap. There is an inner lid which refrains the product from spreading out in the cap. (As I am not going to travel with this, I have thrown the inner lid away)🤷

Texture: This indeed has a very light gel-like texture. The formula is extremely lightweight, non-greasy and has a faint smell to it. The gel is light green in colour which imparts the shade to the glass jar as well.

My verdict on Plum Green Tea Renewed Clarity Night Gel review:

I quite liked the Night Gel especially because of its lightweight formula and absolutely no residue/shine on the face. I wasn’t really expecting it to be hydrating at all because it gives the feel of an aloevera gel (to me). But it exceeded my expectations (to some extent). If you like your night cream to be very lightweight and quickly absorbing, you’ll love this. But I love my night creams to be very moisturizing and I don’t even mind some shine on my face. BUT but, I still like this cream. I alternate this with Niacinamide+Retonoid and the combo seems to be working fine. The hydration it provides is mild but it stays for quite some time. I usually top it with my Cosrx Advanced Snail mucin essence for an extra boost of hydration.

I haven’t faced any breakouts or irritation of any sorts but the website does give a warning for people having dry skin, cystic acne and extremely sensitive skin. I am yet to notice any improvement in the texture of my skin yet but Plum Green Tea Renewed Clarity Night Gel can definitely be given a try for its texture and amazing ingredients. (Anyway, skin texture improvement takes a long time to show up, will update if I experience any).

My skin reference: oily-dehydrated acne prone.
