Aloe Veda skin essentials hand & cuticle moisturising cream review

Summer is at its peak and yet my hands are super dry! Dry hands are such big dilemma because I want them to stay hydrated but non-greasy at the same time. Finding proper hydrating creams for hands and cuticles sometimes can be a big task. So when I stumbled upon Aloe Veda skin essentials hand & cuticle moisturising cream on Nykaa, I instantly grabbed it.

Diving into the review:

Price: The hand & cuticle moisturising cream retails for  Rs.275 and has a shelf life of 24 months. We get 100g of product.

Packaging: It comes in a white plastic tub. I don’t really mind tub packaging when it comes to hand creams so not an issue.

Texture: It has a creamy consistency which glides easily and instantly melts into the skin. It doesn’t leave a shiny layer but feels greasy for a couple minutes. It has a nice fragrance which lingers along for a while but is not at all overpowering.

Efficacy: This hand & cuticle moisturising cream is indeed amazing! It hydrates my hands and cuticles and makes them soft and supple. My forever dry cuticles look much more healed and smooth. Even my hands feel hydrated and soft.

Ingredients: Some amazing and interesting ingredients are Glycerin, cetyl alcohol, Niacinamide, Vitamin E & shea butter. The ingredient list is so tempting that if the label hadn’t read as a hand cream, I would’ve used it as a face cream. I mean, who else puts niacinamide in a hand cream! I am super amazed.

The verdict: If you’ve read so far, you already know that this hand & cuticle moisturising cream is super amazing! It does what it claims plus has amazing ingredients. It is going to fight dry flaky skin, uneven spots and rough texture. Regular usage of this cream has made my hands super soft. Due to its hydrating properties, I use it every night on my hands and feet and cuticles. I’ve been using it for a month and it’s barely emptied. This tub is going to last me quite long.

For this price, this baby is a steal. This can also be used on elbows as per the instructions given. Sometimes, I use it on ankles and my heels as well. Pretty much any area where moisturisation is needed, this cream can be used. I am not sure about repurchasing because this itself is going to take forever to finish.

So, which is your favourite hand cream this summer? Do let me know.

Until next time, stay beautiful & keep smiling!

Exactly!!! Usually hand creams in tiny packaging and are priced the same as this one (even more sometimes). Do let me know your view on this. 😘😘

Yes!!! My dry cuticles have indeed softened. The nail paint is at present my fav. (Please ignore the chipped portions). 🙈🙈

Is it?? This is my first ever purchase from this brand. Will look forward to try out their oils as well!! Thanks for letting me know. 🙂

  1. Lovely review, I do not like handcreams that linger on and take forever to get absorbed, so I love this cream already for being quick-absorbing.
